ANDREA VICARI is the Founding partner Vicari Avvocati (Milan), specialized in trust and estate planning and litigation, assets protection and all legal aspects related to the patrimony of private clients. 
Andrea is also Chief Justice of the Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relations in the Republic of San Marino. He advised the Government of the Republic of San Marino for the enactment of the trust law (2005) and his major revision (2010), as well as for the enactment of the law on the fiduciary contract (2010) and the laws establishing the Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relations.
He is member of the “International Academy of Trust and Estate Law” and the “Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners.

MARK HUBBARD is a leading litigator in commercial litigation involving trusts, contentious trust and estate cases, civil fraud, shareholder disputes, company, insolvency and regulatory matters. He is often instructed to obtain or resist freezing injunctions and other urgent interim remedies. His practice has a strong offshore and international element, including Privy Council work.
He has particular experience of offshore litigation in the Bahamas, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Singapore and Switzerland. He is praised by clients for his quick grasp of complex cases, and for the quality of his advocacy, advice, and client skills.
He is a Registered Foreign Lawyer, Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) and currently holds a licence as an Advocate of the Isle of Man Bar.

FRANCESCO A. SCHURR is since the beginning of the academic year 2019/20, Full Professor of Italian Private Law and Comparative Law and the Director of the Department for Italian Law at the University of Innsbruck. From 2009, he has been a Full Professor of Law, Chair for Company, Foundation and Trust Law at the University of Liechtenstein, as well as Director of the LLM program in Company, Foundation and Trust Law. Since 2011 he has been a Co-Director of the Centre for Liechtenstein Law at the University of Zurich. He also serves as Visiting Professor at the University of Padova. He is admitted to the legal profession as Avvocato in Bolzano/Italy and as Rechtsanwalt in Munich/Germany. Since February 2021 Francesco A. Schurr is a judge at the Trust and Fiduciary Relations Court of the Republic of San Marino. Francesco A. Schurr is member of STEP and The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.

PIERS MASTER acts for high net worth individuals from across the world, but especially from the Middle East, where he acts for many ruling family members and billionaires – many of whose families have US links. His work for these families includes advising on the establishment of global assets holding structures, family governance projects and global real estate investments.
Piers is a Visiting Professor at the University of Law, a Council Member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, and an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He lectures regularly in the UK and internationally on matters of private client interest.
